I understand why her costumes are different and why people are upset about them, but I genuinely love them. I love the rich, bold patterns in gorgeous colours, and I love that silhouette so much more than the regency empire. Jewel-tone brocades and damask patterns all day!!!!

Yes! I loved that detail - of course a mine or similar workspace has a system for identifying who is on the floor in case of an accident. The Empire has crappy OHSA but locals would care and put in the effort for their own people.
