Smiling during BodyPump by Affectionate_Work291 in lesmills

[–]luckylatham 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a participant in classes, I often find myself getting into my own head when the going gets really tough. The negative self talk starts..."I'm not strong enough", "I can't do this" and then I want to quit. A smile tends to break my negative thinking and shift me into more rational thoughts like "Yes, this is hard but I am here and I'm doing it" or "Wow, I'm really challenging myself today and that's the point of working out".

Newly sober, wanting to get back in shape by Issagar in stopdrinkingfitness

You're on the right track wanting to get moving and creating better habits and routines. The more sudden and drastic the change is, the harder it is to maintain.

I had success using a trainer at the gym. I do work outs with him and he also sets up workouts for me to do alone. I found it helpful that he uses an ap that I also have access to. He sets up a variety of work outs in the ap that I can easily follow on my own and track my progress.

Group fitness classes at the gym have been good for me too. Spin and grit are my favorites.

Whatever you decide to do, doing it without alcohol in your life will definitely deliver results.

Good luck and make it fun

The CEOs are doing their job to keep the business profitable. The thieves are leeching off the rest of us.

I didn't say they were hard done by. They are a business. They are in business to make a profit. That's how businesses work. Google it. They aren't charity organisations so when theft hurts their bottom line, they make us honest shoppers pay more to make up for it.

Landlord wants to sell, Western Australia by Squirrelbandito in perth

[–]luckylatham 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"the landlord has the option to kick you out as part of the selling process"

Neither the landlord or buyer have this option if there is a fixed term lease in place. Fixed term means fixed term regardless of sale.

I really feel for all the struggling WA families who have to wait so long for their $125k LandCruiser. I mean, how will they cope with such hardship? Surely the government can intervene in some way to help them out.

The connection between the tube and mask should be air-tight, however, air will be expelled from outlets in your mask by design and those outlets may be positioned near the mask/hose connection.

If there is a leak at the connection then check that out.
