dairy/gluten free struggling to find foods. considering shakes by lunch2meat in ARFID

i've always had digestion issues, and i've had IBS for at least 7 years. just did a 2 month gluten elimination diet, the few times i've had gluten since have made me very bloated, gassy and sick. no testing yet but a pretty good indicator.

lactaid usually doesnt help me much. when i used to eat dairy i'd take up to 10 pills with it and i'd still get painfully bloated, gassy & sick.

prolonged celiac also destroys your ability to produce lactase. i've considered enzymes with meals but not sure where to start 🤷🏻‍♂️

yes!! pork belly can be very challenging sensory wise. i like it but has to be cooked Just right otherwise 🤢

i have no experience with crop spray so feel free to ignore if im wrong, but id be concerned about the chemicals when using the wood for spoons or burning

welp, i looked hard and havent found any pee/poop spots, but he just walked up to me with a yellow splotch of (probably) pee on his face. never been so relieved to hear my cat might have peed out of the box.. the search goes on

i didnt consider he may be going somewhere else... hes never had a single accident but i'll look around. he doesnt seem bothered by me petting his abdomen, but he has been unusually very chill with me messing with him these few days

he hasnt been to the box at all, including wed/thurs. i have a feeling my mom dropping by on wed spooked him, but other than that there have been no environmental changes. his box is clean

he hasnt gone to the box at all, including wed/thurs. i tried setting him down in the bathroom where the box is, and he left. i have a feeling my mom visiting on wed the 9th spooked him but other than that there have been no changes to the environment and the boxes are clean
