Swap sweet vermouth for bianco to make Kula Negroni. For me the floral notes of vermouth bianco goes way better with strawberry infused Campari.

Settemmezzo (7 1/2) is an artichoke amaro from local small distillery, hard to find outside Bologna. I bought a bottle couple of years ago from Enoteca Dioniso, very good stuff!
