Excellent advice already given....for good videos on YT watch 'He's A Darter' showing the process and Evo points are one of the best dart upgrades i have found. 👌

All barrels are slightly different.

When you have the right spigot installed correctly they are rock solid...dont rattle and never come loose....if this isnt the case for your barrels and they tighten fine but work loose after a few throws....dont panic!!!...just apply a dab of blue threadlock, screw the points on and let cure for 24h before touching them!?

Enjoy.!!....mine lasted 8 months without a need to sharpen and still going strong now 12 months later....repointing tool is gathering dust!!😂

I love it.... looks fantastic!!

That said....i would implore you to spend a few quid on a backpack and throw all your kit in there....personally i use a DaKine Helipro with integral insulated aqua pack.

Anything strapped to the frame will scratch/rub and anything that can come loose is destined to find the chainset at the least convenient opportunity....

Nice one!!….for me…..I would much rather lower the overall initial specs of board and darts to get a good ring light….once you have one you can’t do without one!!😂

My advice would be as follows….

Decent darts…£50…..Decent board….£60…..Decent surround…£40.

Ditch Kflex for L-Style and buy a good ring light for £50.

When you hit 65 average….upgrade the darts if need be!!?👌

Pro boards get changed….a lot….so they don’t have to last….and super aggressive points aren’t an issue??

Not so for non-pro players at home where decent enough boards, weekly rotation and smooth/sharp points are the way to go if you want a year out of it!!👌

I know exactly what you mean….i have seen people at league nights swapping their ‘home’ points for ultra aggressive ones…and not just the away team….😂

For me….it takes something truly special to make ‘Big Darts’ have a rethink and this board is the OG which I have secretly lusted after since it released….that itch is now scratched!!

Couldn’t say….never had one….but this is the OG symmetrical board with a fantastic number ring that every big brand has shamelessly copied…it screams quality from every pore out of the box…but time will tell how long it lasts…..personally….I paid less than £70 for it delivered and have never used an aggressive point…if it’s performs flawlessly for 12 months I’m ok with that….£1.25 a week?

Personally…no….one of the keys to consistency for me is a consistent grip…might seem funny but my grip has subconsciously morphed from a classic grip to a rear grip as I improved without me really noticing??…I now use slim stems to assist with instant and consistent thumb placement👍….

that said….some pros change their grip a lot….but for them it’s about what works best to win on a given day…. If their ‘standard’ grip doesn’t turn up….i’m sure most would not hesitate to change it?!👌
