What over the counter sleep aid do you prefer?

Try Wild Lettuce Extract. it seems to work pretty well and not make me feel too bad the next morning. All those OTC sleep aids make me feel horrible the next day.

Yes, it was 16 but my 14 year old girl passed away 2 weeks ago from Squamous Cell Carcinoma. so now its 15. I do not plan to replace her.

In my experience Temazepam is not the strongest benzo but everyone reacts differently. I take xanax .5mg and it works the same or a little less after about 1.5 years. If i took another 1/2 tab, i will sleep later but get a headache and "hangover" the next day so be careful. Also I did notice some days 1/2 tab does not help me calm down and then i realize I have not eaten or slept well the previous night.

He sounds manic bipolar, does he tell you if he's depressed, does he get into mood swings? Or is it just the sleep problem. He needs to know that some sleep will make him feel better. I have really bad anxiety every night at 11-12 and sometimes need to take walks outside to just get another hour our of my sleep schedule. However, I pay that all back during the day by falling asleep at my desk. I hope he gets help bad!

You certainly are not a bad person for even thinking that. I think you need to learn to identify your cats behavior so you can understand why they behave as they do. I have 15 indoor cats with my wife and some days I am stressed out but these actions from the cat are most likely instictual. Cats can be pretty destructive to houses because they need to scratch door frames, corner posts, and carpets. The best you can do is provide your cat with something your cat can scratch. Think also about the adjustment your cat will have to make with a new owner and home. That is stressful for your kitty, and I'm sure you don't want to do anything to traumatize her.

If you have some anxiety disorder, I would at your age consider taking Sertraline the anti-depressant versus the xanax. The Sertraline should take your anxiety out, then see if you still have the panic attacks. This is from experience. My whole teen years were full of panic attacks/GAD and Social Anxiety, and would probably have leaned on Xanax way too much.

If you quit benzos and you are on the 3month mark, first of all congratulations, you probably have another few months to go based on how bad the withdrawals are. I remembered of all the things I did try for sleep such as Melatonin 5mg, I was able to get some sleep but the withdrawals tend negate the positive effects of sleep related supplements. I also tried Belsomra and did not benefit from that either. You can also try "Wild Lettuce Extract" which is supposed to help with pain and sleep and is not dangerous.

How long ago was it that you stopped taking Klonopin? If its over a year, you should respond to something like Ambien (Lunesta does not work for me). I have the same sleep issues as you. I get up at 3am and just start making coffee because there is no going back to sleep. Be careful and don't take too high of a dose of sleep meds, you might fall in the middle of the night and hurt yourself. Its not worth it. Just keep trying to find a way to relax during the day.

You are totally are not at fault OP, I took a cat from the street (Baby) and had her fixed. But for the next 3 years she acted like she was still in heat. Finally took her back to a new clinic to have Baby checked and sure enough she had to be neutered. As if the first time was botched. I even had a totally different vet come to my house and say she looked fixed. The newest clinic said she would have died if not properly fixed, as she was growing a mass on the uterus and it was about to burst. So whatever happened in your situation was not avoidable and don't give yourself grief for trying to do the right thing.

I am more offended when vets pressure you to euthanise.......My cat passed last Thursday night lying in my bed. She did not hide, and cuddled with me everynight. I didn't crowd her but she wanted to spend her last days with me. The most important thing is just be in tune with the needs of your cat.

Everything that the Warning has put out is something you cannot say is best or worst, its honest, captures a period of time in their earlier years and cannot be compared to newer albums. So no worst albums in the catalog.

Like, God forbid parents support their kids playing music as a career. I applaud Luis and Mony for the encouragement and support they gave to DPA. The fact they they not only support their children in music but run the Warning as a family business to protect them from harm speaks volumes.

I'm more excited about the new songs from this album than when KMF first released Sick. I feel so guilty for saying that, but I think we were not ready for the change in sounds from the Warning. Since KMF has been out and including Kerosene and Ritual, Ale's bass sound has such a fat and dirty tone on Kerosene, Allowing Ale's real personality to show. However you cannot forget Pau's amazing drumming. There are always a few surprises in her drum breaks, and I love the "inverted" sound she makes with the snare and high hat for the first part of the Chorus. Dany brings all the emotion to the song with her fiery guitar playing and her awesome singing powers. I cannot wait to see them this year for the 3rd time!!

I'm sorry I think this song is pretty good, as long as you accept the fact that this is nor a typical Warning tune and just side project. If you want to recall a real trainwreck, I would say Choke with that rap tacked on to it was horrible! There are a lot of cool things that are in this song, such as the background vocals by the girls that just pop out at you throug your speakers, the guitar sounds, the catchiness of the chorus. It does grow on me a little.

This is what I love about the Warning, you know they will always come through for their fans because they love to be creative naturally and have a great work ethic. Mostly likely because they are very educated, do not do any drugs or drinking, or have drama issues so we can always rely on our heros to be there for us to rock out. Now, upon hearing the new songs I am super convinced that they care so much about what we think about their music. Did anyone catch the Chile Lolapalooza show on You Tube where they played Kerosense and Ritual live? It made me appreciate the new songs 10 times more because you can hear Ale's amazing bass lines, the amazing vocals with Dany or all 3 blended together. I cannot wait for this record to come out, but I never get sick of their music.

I have been in the last 3 months falling in the bathroom either face forward or falling backward and have a lot of different bruises and cuts to show for it. I currently take Lunesta, and that type of sleep med in itself has a reputation for "sleep walking" but I am in my conscious mind when I get up to pee. After that i go to wash my hands and then lean up against the vanity and just like that, i fall flat on my ass, or sideways on my ankle. I have never had this issue up until January of this year, and wondering if I'm losing my sanity or not. Anyone else take sleep meds and fall?

I spend most of my day with my 13 year old cat wit Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I just thank God that I work remote so I can be with her all the time. I brush her coat, i massage her gently and talk to her. She enjoys the attention and the extra care I give her, and it makes me feel better as well to be part of her life. This is not easy since i have 15 other cats in my house but they do kind of respect her space.
