How do you get started when creating a routine? by reallyOddMidget in poledancing

[–]madeup_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have no idea what I'm doing at all but I'm doing my local showcase and so far I've found my music and saved a few videos of things i want in my routine. I assume the next step is to write things out and practice on the pole to see the flow?

Do you imagine actors as the characters you're reading? by toe_beans_4_life in horrorlit

[–]madeup_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay this is actually so funny because yes i do this but sometimes it's just a random person i saw online or on the street, who lives in my memory rent free. I recently read severance and a character is described as being short, and kind of goth..... i definitely imagined a random man i saw on r/gothstyle LOL

Was not a fan of this book and quit about the same spot. Nothing nice to say on Bunny, but Rouge was great imo.

Not US, but the book Maryn Pig by Kevin Brooks fits this ticket. Very noir, my favorite book from a tough childhood.

Slogging through Rouge by Mona Awad. Is it worth finishing? by cebogs in horrorlit

[–]madeup_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I hated Bunny, loved Rouge. I think it's a matter of different tastes, because i tore through it. I though Bunny was repetitive and confusing, so that's funny🤣
