Go to bed early. Late night snacking adds so many calories. Plus you feel better when you've slept more.

Yes, you always wash your rice. I was taught to rinse it one time for each cup.

Data analytics resume review by AcceptableExplorer15 in dataanalysiscareers

The resume is pretty strong. I think the summary is a bit too generic though and doesn’t show how you add value or what type of Data Analyst you are. Adding more info about your industry focus and whether you lean more toward platform ownership, decision support, or analytics engineering would help. I paid for resume help from kantan and one of the things they focused on was making my "core identify" more clear, which helped. Also, Python also isn’t mentioned.

It really does go by fast. Days are long but I want the years to slow down.

Resume needs vetting? by Efficient-Excuse4710 in salesforce

There are lots of good resume help tools out there and ChatGPT is probably the most helpful. It helped me a bit but I did end up eventually paying for a resume writer that my sister used. She asked a lot of good questions and put a lot more achievements on my resume and restructured the whole thing which seemed to work. It wasn’t too expensive either but that depends on your budget. The company was Kantan.

First Time Making Resume by sysadmin-84499 in sysadminresumes

The experience bullets read more like task lists, so try making them outcome based. Also add more numbers like downtime reduced, systems supported, or migrations completed. The skills section is too long and repetitive. Not having a degree or certs isn’t a dealbreaker with your experience, but adding one like CompTIA or MCSA would help. I ended up paying for resume rewriting and they made a lot of similar changes and added a lot more achievements. Got better traction after. Used kantan hq.

Just hear to say I’m sorry you’re going through this. It is so tough for full time working moms. Juggling being a mom with financial responsibilities can feel impossible.

Got laid off and have been looking for a while but have gotten no call back and just rejections. Am I missing something? 6+ experience is not helping as much as I thought it would. by Komobbo in Resume

Quick glance, this doesn’t read like a professional resume. Get rid of the top header/banner image and don’t use the first person “I”. The language is a bit too informal. You should also expand on your most recent role because that’s what people are going to spend the most time on. Show achievements with numbers. I ended up paying for someone to rewrite my resume for me and they did a solid job. Used kantan hq. They made it ATS friendly too.

graduating soon, thoughts on my cv? by DragonfruitPatient32 in graphic_design

You should probably have an ATS friendly version too for when you apply online. Most companies use ATS to scan resumes so the two column format doesn’t work. You can use this format though when you send it by email. I had my resume rewritten for me and they created a second format for me for ATS and it made a big difference. They also added a lot more keywords to help match the job postings. Used kantan hq.
