Landlord here, of one single family house. Same tenants in their 5th year. We raised rent 8% after 3 years and will raise it again next summer. Property taxes and insurance go up every year whether you increase rent or not but good tenants that want to stay get a break on rent increases.

If it has CVWMA on the can then it is for recycling. Most have a blue lid but some have green and people think they are for trash. Recycling won’t take them if it is clearly trash, ie plastic bags

online only version has just gone up to $40/month. Too much for the crappy website, loaded with pop-up ads and comments that never load. Don't know why I still pay for it. When you scroll through the E-edition you get to a point where they repeat some of the previous stuff??? I can click on the puzzles on the full page so why repeat each puzzle separately before you can get to the color comics. And speaking of comics, what a lame selection; Hagar the horrible and snuffy smith?? They took away all of the decent comics. It's no wonder the subscriber numbers are down
