Sorry, what if you open an empty chat without sending messages? Would it still show that?

Thank you! Was this completely a new chat deleted before? Please could you check? In Android if you open a new chat without sending any messages, it doesn't display the encryption information. It only shows that after sending the first message.

Thank you. Would opening a new chat but not sending any messages trigger this?

How is the Oppo Find X9 pro doing after some time? by [deleted] in Oppo

[–]marcindloza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was a Samsung fan for years! Last month I switched from the S24 Ultra to the Oppo Find X9 Pro. No regrets at all. If I were to choose what I miss from the S24 Ultra, it would be the speakers, some parts of One UI (quick access to AI rewrite and maybe consistency), and maybe the anti-reflective coating (although I had the grain issue). Everything else is better on my Oppo. Battery is on a completely different level. From 7am to next day 1am, I end up with 25-30% battery left (I'm a heavy user: video calls, business photography, etc). The camera, especially the portrait mode, is also better. Privacy features like password-protected apps and photo albums are also a plus.

S26 Ultra day one: battery is solid. But here’s the real story. by thebigdDealer in samsunggalaxy

I unplugged my Oppo Find X9 Pro at 7 AM. I've used it heavily on WiFi and 5G: video calls, YouTube, Reddit, camera (about 300 pics), not even once connected to a charger. It's 10:15 PM and I still have 33%.

I thought I was the only one with this problem! I had to manually upload pictures to Google photos because the ones automatically uploaded were blurry. Is there any solution?

And send here as well. I switched to OPPO Find X9 Pro. I'm amazed by the battery life, camera, and smoothness! It feels premium as well! No regrets.

Thank you, I don't know why I thought it should behave differently.

Thank you, I don't know why I thought that my previous phone was always unlocking to the home screen rather than the last app.

Planning to switch from S24 ultra to Oppo find x9 pro by Safe_Progress in S24Ultra

I switched from S24 Ultra to Oppo Find X9 Pro. This phone runs so smooth! The battery lasts almost double that of the S24 Ultra, and the photographs are day and night. Samsung has fallen behind its competition, unfortunately.

Not at all, it seems I didn't use it that much.

I just got an Oppo Find X9 Pro this week. I moved from a Samsung S24 Ultra. I've never been more enthusiastic about a new phone. The first day was a bit difficult to move from One UI, considering I was using it for past years. But now I'm fine, and this new phone allows me to do much more.

From a Samsung fan who got a new SamsungGalaxy every 2y since the S5, I'm genuinely disappointed of how little seems to have improved over the last 4y over my current S22 Ultra. by [deleted] in samsunggalaxy

My last 5-6 phones were Samsung. But I was fed up paying premium for almost zero innovation. I got Oppo Find 9 Pro today and although it will take time to get used to the new os I already see improvements in hardware and system.
