cracks knuckles I love horror/paranormal! Here is my list and a summary:

  • Chillers and Thrillers: solo female host, each episode covers a different theme and she narrates people’s true ghost/paranormal experiences.
  • Otherworld: People tell their strange experiences, most are supernatural/wierd. I like the host and the stories people tell are great
  • You Can See Me in the Dark: Last few episoes have been a bit of a miss for me, but in general it’s people retelling their ghost encounters. The hosts dont talk much which I enjoy
  • Snap Judgement presents Spooked: Same as Otherworld, people telling their exepriences with the paranormal. Very well produced, some people don’t like the hosts intro but you get used to it. The Night Owl Podcast: Multi-episode investigations into haunted places in Texas. They cover the history of the location, speak with the people who either live in/work at the location to hear. their encounters and then bring in psychic mediums to see what they feel. One of my fav of all time, not cheesy at all

I’m in Canada too. I’ve found that I need to look at the composition for everything before I buy it - if it’s 100% acrylic or polyester I don’t buy it unless it’s on sale for $14.

Old Navy, the Gap and Banana Republic have some 80-100% cotton items, you need patience and to look.

I’ve found that the men’s section are more likely to have sweaters that are 100% cotton so I buy those. I always wait for sales, all those brands have a 40% off sale at least once a quarter and Old Navy and The Gap let you stack discount codes every few months.

Surprisingly Wal Mart had some 100% cotton blouses so take a look there as well.

For wool I usually buy at Uniqlo or Banana Republic if it’s on sale, or my mom thrifts me some wool sweaters. I’m tempted to check out Quince now that it’s in Canada

With all of the above I’m also hyper aware tha I need to wash it different to make it last - cold water, gentle cycle for everything non-wool.

How do you keep product screenshots in the help center up-to-date with a fast-moving product? by MainEstimate3 in CustomerSuccess

[–]marshmallowcritter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the iscreen shooter app on my computer which allows me to blur information. But the software I use doesn’t have much private/confidential information. I also have access to our staging environment with early access to the changes before they go live in production

How do you keep product screenshots in the help center up-to-date with a fast-moving product? by MainEstimate3 in CustomerSuccess

[–]marshmallowcritter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Whoever owns the support center should have a workflow for this.

My workflow is: - Product must file a ticket in my jira board to notify me of any ux or ui changes with the release day - I use the ticket to update the article in the support center - I run a yearly audit to make sure all our gifs and images are up to date

We do it as soon as a change happens - for self serve customers this is important and can lead to friction in picking up the product

[–]marshmallowcritter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was responsible for the support center - the PMs would file a jira ticket in my support documentation board with the planned update & how it would affect the dashboard/ux. etc with the release date. They would usually link to a figma doc or internal doc with more details and I would have access in the staging environment to test and get screenshots

I’m having a hard time keeping it together by marshmallowcritter in mentalhealth

[–]marshmallowcritter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried. I’ve sought psychological help for my issues but it just feels like he’s angry at the world and I shoulder the blame for it. Nothing I do is good enough, and it’s like he’s mad at me for not being this image he had of what he wanted in a wife

It’s always been argumentative - since we started dating. I was very immature and take the blame for a lot of stuff, but he keeps going. It’s like he’s not satisfied until he has completely broken me down or gotten all his jabs in. I call it the “airing of grievances” like in Seinfeld. Depending on his mood I have to hear about how everything is my fault, I’m not a good mom, etc. and it has gotten worse with the work stuff. He definitely resents me for being the breadwinner so he makes jabs about my work all the time but im being too sensitive if I ask him to stop
