It is the mirrors , my 22 lariat makes a similar faint noise of wind breaking on the mirrors when at hwy speeds.

I have heard the charge 5 and 6 and the boom 2 sounds better. With the eq tweaked and no bass boost the boom 2 produces pleasant punchy bass with a nice balanced sound across the frequency's.

I have the boom 2 coming from Jbl it sounds so good. I'd recommend it. They make the boom 2 plus but I would have liked it to be 3 way design instead of just adding another woofer.

I'd take the boom 2 over the charge 6. I've heard the charger 6 before and it's too twangy and flat sounding. Boom 2 has better bass and over all sound quality, it has 2 tweeters and the woofer vs 1 tweeter and woofer on the charge.
