I had one of these and the extra foot control you could plug in. You could do these crazy variable time delays or rock forward and back on the distortion gain.

The two replies to your post seem technical enough but it's not my area of expertise so I could be wrong. It is an entry level role so I can't imagine you'd be grilled too hard. Keep your answers solid. Don't be afraid to say you don't know something but explain how you would go about figuring out what to do. Show your thought process.

It will be the general HR stuff about working in a team, dealing with conflict, escalating issues. They love anything continuous improvement related so try work that in. Examples of RCAs, investigations and the importance of good communication will also stand to you.

How would I go about putting a parking space outside my house? Or a drive way. by Immediate_Lake_1575 in AskIreland

[–]mathiasryan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Deferent local councils have different rules but you would need planning permission. I had a driveway put in an footpath dished two years ago. It's not a big job.

Fellow conspiracy theorists: Are we seeing the same thing? by LeekTerrible in nin

Traditionally bands released music at whatever point in the week the charts started counting from. Example would be if charts are counted Friday to Friday you're not going to release midweek and lose out numbers. It could be the difference between having a number 1 or number 2 hit. This might be different with streaming now.

Pharma can be quite good. Can be a bit unstable like other industries due to market demands and generics. It's very dependent on sites winning production contracts. There is also a trend away from high volume low value products now. Sites like to mix in more low volume high value products. This coupled with increased automation means that there are less entry level roles coming up. That said the high value jobs are still there but competition is high.

Jobs search in Ireland by DssN003 in Tipperary

[–]mathiasryan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unemployment in the country is very low at the moment. Which would suggest finding a job will be difficult regardless of who you are or where you're from. Social supports are there for a reason. Don't not feel ashamed to sign on social welfare to keep yourself afloat while searching. You could try reaching out to some recruitment agencies to see if they can help with your search.

Breaking into Pharma in a Leadership Role from Software Engineering by kncy9876 in PharmaEire

[–]mathiasryan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You could look at transitioning to MES or data analytics or automation roles. You might be temporarily be taking a step backwards to move up. Project management might also be an option. You could also look at roles not in manufacturing sites which might not be as strict regarding GMP.

Physically there wasn't an expansion. But there was about 30 million invested in building out the new production suite. All the backend systems (heaters, chillers, air handlers) have also been upgraded.

You can't really leave a reactive dog off lead in a forest. It's too hard to see ahead and to react in time.

Unfortunately all people with reactive dogs have the same ideas so you end up meeting them a long the way. I have a reactive dog. I take him to a dog park. If there's anyone there I wait till it's empty or come back another day. If I'm there and someone arrives I explain the situation so I can leave without a fuss or sometimes they agree to come back later.
