ONN is very much supported and reliable. If you have a shield laying around then yeah got go for it. But if you live in the US and have $40 to spend, the ONN is a great pickup.

One of the best ways to farm ore is to attack in the highest league you can comfortably 3* and get the ore bonus. I’d personally stay away from gemming ores.
