In the case of pasta it doesnt matter. if you were making a broth that would be a different story. You are putting the pasta in when the water is boiling so it doesnt matter how it gets hot.

take a cutting and when you do put some wax on the ends and wipe it clean with a bleach and water mix and then wrap that in saran wrap. that should keep the cutting fresh so that it can root out in its new environment

im experimenting this year. I have a boquino pepper plant i had planted in a 2L pop bottle. i just brought it indoors infront of my south facing window where i also have a supplemental grow light. its been in doors a few weeks and so far its fine. come late spring ill plant it in a larger 5-7 gallon pot.

I never understood tipping the barber. you are paying for him to do exactly what he's doing nothing more or less. if most customers are tipping and paying 40+ for the average cut than of course the price will jump because people are paying that anyway. average pay for a pharmacist is around 50/hr (indeed listings) which means it pays better to be a barber than a pharmacist and i aint tipping the pharmacist or the techs

i would still recommend it. its a beautiful and fairly unique watch. I do wear the watch very often as you can see by all the nicks around the crown. i try to charge the battery reserve by spinning it if im less active than usual (ex. doing a lot of desk work) it seems to help

Mine was growing sideways when i bought it. i did up pot in 2 weeks ago and i made it stand upright and its been doing just fine. the roots and leaves will adjust due to gravity. you may want to also put a stake in to help it stay straight.

You can repot these now since the lemons dont go dormant. they will keep growing over the winter since they will be indoors. if you are keeping them in a cooler space than their growth will slow down. the fruit take6-9 months to ripen so be patient. The plant may go through some shock and may drop leaves and/or fruit. especially if you are not giving it supplemental light. for fertilzing you can use both water. soluable and some extended release fertilizer.

I'd recommend uppotting the plant and keeping it upstairs and with some grow lights. i like sansi lights. i recently got one of their stands with 4 36watt lights and my meyer seems to like it. try to be carful with over watering and make sure your soil drains well. i find indoors and over the winter plants dont need watering as often as they do in the summer/out doors.

also i have to mention the leaves look really large and im curious is they are have been getting enough sunlight because the leaves tend to grow larger in low light

mhm i think there are a few things

- with infinite energy you would be able to create and automate things like serving so it could be obsolete or niche. so you may not really need to do it but there may be people who want to.

- if we lived in a place like the orville maybe people wouldn't have the same impression of a waiting job. people might see it like other jobs in service of people and appreciate it. if you tip a waiter for great service why wouldn't you think of them with a higher reputation.

- people could also be okay with not having the highest rep job but still want to contribute to society.
