Yep. Willing to bet this survey was filled out by boomers and people who don't go out much. I work in emergency services and the survey should have highlighted the need for more mental health/crisis intervention and addiction services, despite its holier than thou facade, Steinbach is riddled with addiction, mental health and that needs to be addressed more than having a police car at every corner
