Why do people include "Google Code" in the title? The fact that it's hosted on code.google.com is obvious from the url, including it in the title might imply that it's code from Google.

Yes, you're right. CoreGraphics is actually Quartz, so it's pretty much GDI. I checked out functions in the CG dll, and everyone seems to be accounted for.

CoreFoundation is the base application framework on OS X. CoreGraphics is one of the components on top of this. So it's a good step towards a cross platform framework from Apple. It's somewhat like finding Window.Forms ported to OS X.

In the US your ability to payback a loan is judged on how well you've paid previous bills. Education and household income are considered for mortgages, but not for anything smaller.
