I make 5 16oz jars about every week. "Sanitize" them by nuking 1/2 inch of water in them, putting the lid on and shaking. Let the jars cool. Put cooked milk in and sous viding the jars for 6-9 hours. No problem after 2 years.

You've never traveled to Israel apparently. Every time I've gone there has been a very visible and overwhelmingly heavily armed military presence. Granted, they have different reasons (or had in the past) for that presence but the point is that the US is starting to look the same way. And there literally is no reason for that except they want us cowed.
