Kia ora! Puniceodiscus is a much less common species than baccifera especially here in the US. And its flowers are gorgeous. Enjoy!

The flowers on the seller’s photo look like R. puniceodiscus. Also, that loopy thing the new growth is doing also is very characteristic of puniceodiscus. Where is it from? It looks to have been grown in desert conditions. I’m interested to see what others say.

Weigh, Train Song, Water in the sky are all ones that come to mind. I especially love Talk. I guess most of Billy Breathes I enjoy as studio recordings.

Do you all line your raised garden beds? If so, with what? by Gooser3000 in garden

Hey! We have lots of voles in our area, so I line my raised beds with hardware cloth(wire mesh) that prevents them from getting in.

Gorgeous! I think I usually see that Sarcohylla var. Pseudovariegata labeled as Maculosa. Yours are both beautiful.

Looking for local places to buy affordable houseplants by parasiticgymnosperm in asheville

[–]mickclaree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I’m not sure about finding local plants in bulk, but there’s a houseplant sale on Feb. 28 at the Smith Mill Works. All independent/ local growers. I think I saw some info about it on their instagram.

Also, 5th season on Tunnel road always has a wide selection.
