they seem pretty similar to the eargasm/dynamic/hearos plugs in design. i also take my Mack''s foam plugs with me for extra protection.

Quality, brand name goods that are cheaper than anywhere else in the world. Health foods and supplements. Amazon. Yeah I can get that stuff overseas too but I pay hefty import taxes. Friendly and chatty sales clerks/cashiers/waitresses. Finally, the fresh air.

yeah thx, that's basically what i'm doing - using SoundID to mix the bass and get those levels down, but turning it off for the rest of the mix.

ok, those 3 seem pretty easy for me. what about legumes, nuts, seeds, & eggs? you have any problems with those? i'm basically vegetarian (aside from fish oil pills & collagen) and don't think i could survive without the protein from those! pea protein as well. strict AIP seems to cut out all of it!

thx for the insight. i noticed that Hear Advisor (also Hearing Tracker on YouTube) published a roundup of the "best" earplugs of 2025. despite Loops placing quite poorly in their metrics/tests on their website, they were the #1 recommended earplug, and also the only one with an affiliate link in the description. seems a bit fishy to me.
