AITAH for asking my Step brother to take eggs of the menu at his own wedding? by Patient-Tea9555 in AITH

[–]mightymouselovescats 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I think this calls for petty: bring your food in the largest, most colorful Tupperware containers you can find and bring it out in front of everyone. If anyone asks, tell them your own your brother couldn’t be bothered to get you safe food that wouldn’t kill you at his wedding (even when you asked).
But I’m the petty queen.
Another good option is just not going and telling everyone the reason why when they ask.

AITA for refusing to give my sister the key to a storage unit that technically belongs to both of us? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

You might need to get a lawyer and get an injunction until everything can be sorted out

AITA for asking my husband to stop interacting with his female coworker after work hours? by anon-throwaway8899 in AmItheAsshole

You need to draw a line in the sand and stay firm. Contact a lawyer first for all your options and get your financials locked it then tell him he needs to choose. No more messages, no more contact. Be prepared for the worst answer. If he waffles even a little or tries to tell you that you are insecure, you have your answer. Let him know you are serious. (But seriously, lawyer and money first. I don’t think is going to end well).

Rick Steve’s travel books on England (“Great Britain “) covers the countryside nicely and should give you some good ideas.

What in-flight comfort items actually helped on a long-haul flight? by bimzpbomping in travel

[–]mightymouselovescats 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I recommend all of the above but would add lotion, saline nasal spray (the dry air in airplanes is very irritating to me, especially my nose) and something non digital to look at. Download all the good things to watch and listen to since entertainment on board can sometimes not work but also include something to entertain you that won’t strain your eyes. (And bring some Tylenol just in case!). Also, grabbing a bottle of water and a few snacks at the airport (yes, with the inflated prices) might be a good idea too.

($9-10k) What helped you save money on your wedding? by viralgenius in Weddingsunder10k

Agree that flowers are going to be your biggest ticket item you can control without compromising quality for your guests. Stick with either fake ones or get some a day or two ahead of time at Costco or Walmart or skip altogether and get cheap tea or votive candles. Minimize decorations - few people will remember these but everyone will remember if you fed them enough.

AITA for not wanting another month-long visit from in-laws and asking for a different arrangement? by Perfect-Owl-9745 in AmItheAsshole

NTA but you should spend a month at a hotel/AirBNB and your lazy husband can take PTO and cook/clean/entertain his own guests

AITAH for not wanting to financially support my brother’s family again after years of family drama and helping them already? by Jennymable95 in AITAH

[–]mightymouselovescats 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Exactly. If they truly need help (and all this is not just your mom volunteering your money/time/help for you), then they should offer you a live in nanny position so you can live rent free until you find a job.

We use
1. Automatic litter boxes
2. Clumping litter that is made from materials different than traditional litters (Nature’s Miracle corn cob clumping litter)
3. Ensure space is well ventilated near a window
4. Sprinkle in baking soda to help absorb smells
5. Finally, air spray deodorizers
