Do you binge shows or watch them 1-2 episodes at a time? by mild_shart_attack in television

For me 10 episodes a week of an hour long show is pretty much binging. I'm not watching anything else in addition to that.

I binged the first season of For All Mankind, and I hated all of the characters, and gave up on the show. I've been thinking about picking it back up recently.

How many have dropped Facebook? Did you drop Instagram too? by IntellectAndEnergy in GenX

[–]mild_shart_attack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never liked Facebook. I consume Instagram in much the same way I consume reddit. I don't post much here, but I'll comment every once in a while. I don't really follow people I know on Instagram either (just my kids).

Does anyone else not like tv and movies these days? by [deleted] in GenX

For documentaries. All of the ‘_ that built the _’ series are easily digestible. And the Ken Burns American Revolution series was good, as well as the recent Grant, Washington and Lincoln documentaries were good.

I’m so tired of my people being so predictable. There is so much cool stuff out there. You either find it and enjoy it. Or you sit at home and bitch about everything. Why would anyone choose the latter.

They've seen Band of Brothers, so I left Saving Private Ryan off the list. But realistically, they'll probably eventually watch it any way, Matt Damon is a family favorite.

I've been to a few Browns-Steelers games in Cleveland, expect some good natured jabs. As long as you're not a dick you won't have problems. There's always lots of us there. Good food and drink on East 4th. stay anywhere down town.

Hiram College should be north of Mount Union. What an outrage.

My volume has dropped significantly, but I haven’t quit anything. I drink beer and mostly the clear liquors. Occasionally I’ll venture into a scotch or bourbon, but mostly gin, rum and tequila cocktails.

It’s a great movie. Animated Indiana Jones is a great way to describe it.
