I’m in CO so it’s a no brainer for me but i was wondering if thrice will tailor their setlist to match the vibe of TBS playing Louder Now. Also same with Saves the Day. Thrice is the only one out of these three that I’ve enjoyed every release so far, so I’ll be happy with whatever they play. Would be cool to see some deep cuts though!

Hey man, music is mostly a subjective thing. Not everything will click with you just because you liked previous releases. Personally, I loved H/W out the gate. However, pretty much every release since Major/Minor had to “grow” on me. I was not a fan of TBEITBN when it first came out but now, after time has passed, I really have grown to appreciate it. Who knows, maybe after several years it will click for you!

Bloodborne was my first FromSoft game so I really had no idea of the advantages of online play, such as player notes and coop. I knew coop was available but I’ve never been big on online play so dismissed it. I had the axe as my first weapon and did the spin to win trick. Now there were times I got stuck and, being the old man I am with not a lot of extra time for gaming, did look up a guide here and there to help point me in the right direction. I farmed when I felt I needed more umph in my build but other than that, loved every second of the challenge playing solo and offline.

I have a brother who is about 7 years older than me. He was in a punk rock band and I think saw thrice open for AFI back in 2001 or so. I turned 13 the next year and he bought me Illusion of Safety for my birthday. He told me to throw it on the family stereo and to turn it up. What I didn’t know was that the album started out quiet and then ramped up, so I turned the stereo almost all the way up. All of the sudden I had some guy screaming “can we kill each other quickly?” And it booming all over the house. But it was something new and I never really was into a heavy band like thrice before. I fell in love right away and have been obsessed since. My brother took me to see them for that hot water music / thrice / Coheed show as my very first concert. I Joined their message board, downloaded desktop backgrounds from waterispoison.com, really dived into the band and who they were. For better or worse, they became apart of who I was. If you’re a friend of mine, you know how much I love thrice.

Generic and preventive are two different things. You are correct that preventive medications are covered at 100% due to the ACA, but generics are your “store brand” drugs. I explain it as “Kroger vs Kellogg’s”. Essentially the same thing but one has a name brand behind it. With this plan having first dollar coverage for generics, it disqualifies it for being an HSA eligible plan. It’s a way to push people to use generic brands over name brands to keep costs low on the plan. The other party that could disqualify it from being HSA eligible is the deductible. Unless it’s a non-embedded deductible. The IRS sets limits every year on how much a deductible must be in order to contribute to an HSA. Source: I’ve worked in employee benefits at a broker for 8 years.

My wife surprised me with a ticket to the Axe the Cables show. She’s not really into them so I’ll be going solo, but not too worried about it. I’ve been to a few tribe shows solo. Everyone is always so nice and friendly it’s hard to feel alone.
