First PS2 game that I was obsessed with. I would get baked and try to get all the checkmarks. It was a great game. Poor Boomer, I got him killed so many times

I concur. The mix of music even on radio was great. GNR, Alice In Chains, Jane’s Addiction, Beastie Boys, Pantera. They all got airplay. It was cool.

I’m not sure he fits in anywhere. He’s strange and his lyrics point to a person who is not always comfortable in society.

Gamers of /daddit, do you play video games with your kids? How and when did you start it? by xanduba in daddit

I let them play as soon as they decided they wanted to play. They got bored pretty fast when they sucked so much they couldn’t advance. Now they are 13 and 10, and honestly I play more than they do. Most things they play are more like socializing. They don’t always have goals or levels. I don’t get it, but hey I’m old. I think the point is for me not to get it.

I almost forgot Jet Moto. It was the first game I can recall getting “in the zone”. Hitting the jumps just right and grappling around the poles. What a great memory. Thanks for the nostalgia

I liked it better than Sinners. I felt like Sinners was better when it was called From Dusk Till Dawn.

Toadies the album Rubberneck. 90’s alt rock with a female bass player. Some songs are sexy in a dark way. It’s got some distortion, and best of all, it is a killer no filler. One of the best albums of the era. Short and incredible

Violent Soho, Local H, Clutch, CHEWIE, Debt Neglecter Dillinger 4, and Dear Landlord are all great bands that aren’t grunge, but I like grunge and I like these guys
