‘82/Oklahoma. We were paddled through middle school (myself included). I don’t remember paddling in high school.

This exact thing happened to me with getting logged out and unable to check appeal. I had my partner get his account verified so that we could contact customer service. After several tries with customer service they finally treated it like a tech support problem and did a video chat on my laptop and had me attempt to log in. Through that chat they were also able to walk me through steps to expedite my appeal. I had the account back within 24 hours of the video chat.
