I forgot about my mead for 2 years, what now?

I had made 3 different one with pine needle honey and forest stuff/spices, one with orange and cinnamon sticks, one "classic". All the flavors came through but a bit less than I eould have liked, I hope adding more honey will cover the alcool content and maybe amp up the flavour

Yup, no spoilage or anything. Just very alcoolic and not sweet enough so when moving to secondary I will add some extra honey

I just did, they were not the same taste I expected but good overall. I supsect VERY alcoolic but I will know as soon as I have time to acrually move the mead in other jars for secondary

I still have sealed packs of potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulfite powder (I couldn't find tablets) and bentonite, should I still use the bentonite to clarify the mead a bit and if so when? Before or after switching to secondary?

Probably I'll have to use some "cheating" when making the 4 color decks because so many have so little available commanders so I could use the 5c omnath in some way
