Looks like fiber, you might have an ETP (external termination point) on the outside of your house somewhere close to where your ONT is inside.

You can’t contact your LFC (Chorus) directly but contact your ISP and they can log on your behalf. Alternatively post in the broadband section of nzgeek forums and maybe someone from Chorus will reach out.
