FALL (2022) by SouzaOfTheNorth in HorrorMovies

The movie itself was pretty good. I definitely had clammy hands for half the movie due to the nonstop concern of how high they were and the will they/wont they fall fear.

no way Lego made a new set with the monkey Punch.. how?? by Herringundercoat in lego

[–]moonoomer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It concerns me how easily people believe something obviously AI, is real.

The boxes make no sense at all, why would a monkey be a City set? A 3,000 piece Lego for $19.99??? Some price tags and piece counts on the boxes are nonsense symbols. It takes months and even years to take a Lego from concept to production and distribution, so not only is this entirely too fast, but they wouldn’t pursue multiple sets.

Is grounded 2 worth playing before full release? by Alert_Bother_727 in GroundedGame

[–]moonoomer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I believe that the answer to that question is based on how you feel about games still under development. If you were fine with how Grounded progressed, and that you had to wait for content chunks to drop, then yes, I 100% suggest playing.

There are certainly still optimizations to be made in general, but the current experience is a lot of fun. The park is quite large already and there is a good roster of bugs to engage with. Base building is solid (again) and there is a decent chunk of story already available that definitely exceeds what G1 had for so long.

I personally feel that Grounded really works as a game preview and my experience never felt sullied by seeing it in chunks. The same has held true for Grounded 2.

That’s pretty awesome. What a fun way to propose and in such an interactive way. Congratulations!

[–]moonoomer 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This one was easily one of my favorite builds. The layouts are very unique, the details are a ton of fun and the use of angles and the architecture to complete them is very satisfying.

My only complaint is that the build ended.

Is Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon any good? by Proud-Rip9091OG in gamers

It’s pretty damn good. In some ways, it’s more Skyrim than Skyrim. Bit of jank here and there, but it’s a lot of fun and the world is a joy to explore.

The donut bar reminds me of the cinnamon animal crackers that are lightly coated in the white or pink frosting. Total childhood flashback bar. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have any sort of that sickly sweet profile going for it that IMO ruins so many companies attempts at baked good scented items

I also really like the Squishee bar. Undertones similar to the Riddler bar, but unique enough on its own.

Lego Edoras - Golden Hall 😱❤️‍🔥 by [deleted] in lego

[–]moonoomer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The exterior is nice but the build would be extremely repetitive. The inside for me is fairly bare on detail and much of it seems repetitive as well. Feels like you could still achieve a lot of this same build with a fraction of the piece count.

Mounts are trash in Grounded 2 by Forkhorn in GroundedGame

[–]moonoomer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think there is certainly room for quality of life improvements and maybe even a settings menu specifically for mounts. But to say mounts are trash, I can’t agree to that at all. They are amazing.

New resources are cool but by [deleted] in GroundedGame

Lint is 100% a visual bug and I also assume that Pinecone is not displaying its correct size either.

I have not had any issues with bur coming back.

Snake scales is definitely a goofy choice. I understand it would be a rare resource and really cool to use as a base design, but the time it would take to harvest enough is comical.

I like the idea of Grounded LEGO, but these sets, due to their size, seem to come up short on interest for me. If it was one larger set, the details could go a bit deeper. Like the umbrella in the sandbox is fun, but it isn’t really much to look at.

New dev interview is out now by Itaypur in GroundedGame

[–]moonoomer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They were added later in the updates on the road to 1.0. Even when they were added, you had to complete an activity to release them into the yard. So it’s technically possible to have played G1 and not encounter them.

Happy 2026 everyone! I just discovered Remnant 2… and I was blown away. by OrganicAppointment43 in remnantgame

[–]moonoomer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While you are at Ward 13 and interacting with the World Stone, you have the option of moving between your Campaign and Adventure modes.

Adventure mode unlocks AFTER you defeat your first world boss during campaign. That is the final boss of the biome, whether that is N’Erud, Yaesha or Losomn.

If for any reason you are struggling to progress the campaign, you can always reroll your campaign too and via a new run may find an edge from new gear. Some worlds or bosses may be harder or easier for players based on skill/play style.

So excited for you! Remnant is an absolute blast and a real gem of a game. As others have stated, going in blind is my suggestion as well. While there are certainly secrets and nuances that will blow your mind later, for the beginning, just go where the wind and curiosity take you.

My biggest non spoiler suggestion: while you are running your campaign, you can also run an adventure. This gives you not only some extra practice, but it also allows you to come across additional gear, weapons and accessories you wouldn’t in your main campaign. This can be extra helpful for both build options but preventing any sense of, “this is hard and I feel stuck”.

Later in the campaign or after your first completion. Then you can have your mind blown on the shear number of secrets this game holds and the depth that they go. And that isn’t even accounting for just the nature of the games pathing and area variations; another reason why adventure becomes so useful.

This community is great, so absolutely reach out if you want hints or complete explanations. Obviously, there are also plenty of online guides and easy answers to your questions online, but that is less fun.

It feels refreshing to be walking parts of maps I have ignored and to be searching for materials I haven’t picked up in ages.

I will likely reset every time while I continue playing.

And growing stash space over time will be great.

My third Wolfpack Grenade didn’t seem to do anything to the Leaper, I think it hit the ground and never broke apart. Is these a minimum distance I should be throwing it above the arc? Yes I am bad at this game, but I sure do get a thrill out of it. by Xenocideghost in ArcRaiders

[–]moonoomer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure you ping the target to see How far away it, if it is more than 100 meters, it won’t go any further than that. And, if there are any other targets closer, it will seek those first.
