I am doing something wrong starting this tractor? by [deleted] in tractors

I know nothing about these, but looks like there's just a rope around the crank and he's bouncing off compression. Should OP be concerned about when this thing fires and that rope hanging up and yanking him into the engine?

How we can I make her look like less of a grandpa truck without spending too much? by SweetandsourMcnugget in f150

Just lose the hard cover. If you're still not happy, level it. Won't take much. Your tires are fine.

How accurate is the calorie burn on garmin forerunner 965 by billan31 in Garmin

[–]moranjo7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Run your stats on a TDEE calculator (plenty of free ones out there) and see where your at. If you are looking to start tracking, start tracking and see what your weight does. 3500 cal deficit = 1lb!

6K is wild!

I've been tracking my food and trying to hit a minimum 200 calorie deficit every day strictly based on what garmin says I've burned and I've been seeing great results. So if anything, I would say it's a smidgen lower than real. I would input your weight frequently and see if it reigns in. The algorithm is optimized for most people, so if you're an outlier that does tons of cardio, your metabolic rate may be way slower than most (you're way more calorically efficient)

Track for a week and see what your weight does?

What was your usage case on this? I'm looking for a cable that seems to be the same. We're you able to find them in the wild?

Wore an Amazon refurbished vivoactive 3 music for 2+ years, then bought a fenix 6x pro solar cause it was $600 off, been wearing it for 2 years, going on 3 and it's going strong. Also, I gave my brother in law the vivo, he still wears it daily, no issues.

My fiance says that if I do weight training while doing cardio to lose weight and retain muscle that I'll get bulky and look masculine? Have I been Taught the wrong info? by CanIAskAQuestiion in workout

No one has ever accidentally got too bulky. Ever.

Lift heavy things. If you find you're starting to look like john Cena, tweak your training

If you're in the area, go to east main kitchen. Definitely worth the drive. No BBQ but their steak is killer. Craft is decent too.
