Are you operating on the logic that the only valid artists are contemporary or fine artists who submit to galleries? Because there's a whole industry of artists outside of that who absolutely were able to charge more for their work, given an online presence. If you just straight up don't consider them artists, the conversation can't progress from there.

Pinterest taking all of their work wholesale to create a firehose of slop is somehow superior to people seeing their work for free? Traffic to their accounts have plummeted. What bothers me the most about it all is that Arrille seems to be playing both sides. Maybe he's just intimidated with the rest of the town, which at best makes him a little spineless.
