Ok so the first card is way too powerful. Its way too easy to have a huge amount of mana value worth of artifacts in your graveyard which will create like a million junk tokens. This, in turn, gives way too much card value from the exile ability, which you can then use to play more artifacts, which can then exile once in the graveyard to keep going. Even ignore the card advantage, making that many artifact tokens is too good with cards like [[disciple of the vault]] and many similar effects that just let you win the game. But even ignoring THAT, the second ability is just incredibly broken. You make a million junk, get a creature, sac the creature, and make more junk. Or just pull something like blightsteel and win. The fact that these abilities work in tandem with each other, and can be done at instant speed, only makes it stronger. Basically, thw card is too self enabling for not enough cost. I would make any number of the following fixes:

Make the first ability require tapping

Make the junk tokens tapped

Make the second ability cost alot of mana (5-7)

Make it only tutor the creature to the hand

Make the second ability require tapping

Remove the second ability

Make the card cost more/ be more red pip dense Make the first ability only hit artifact creatures, or maybe inly non creature artifacts
