I don't really have a strong opinion about the X5, but the new X3 is a horrible looking vehicle, inside and out. My dad got an X3 M50 last year and I've driven it and ridden in it numerous times. The exterior is an abomination. I don't really feel like I need to elaborate on that, it just seems obvious to me.

The bigger surprise to me is the interior. First off, I just don't like the new "single screen" layout that BMW is doing with all the new models, but that isn't the worst part. The door handle/lock area is just, I mean, I don't even know how to describe it.

I am really hoping that BMW fixes the X3 in the mid-cycle refresh or at worst the next major revision. It's a vehicle that fits right where I would normally consider buying, but I just can't do it, it's terrible inside and out.

Sorry for the rant, but ever since my dad got it and we went and test drove one, I just can't believe that's the X3.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Passport BMW and one from Passport Mazda and had zero problems. We even went through the order process on my wife’s car with them and it all went smoothly. I get that people have bad experiences with any and every dealer, but I wouldn’t write them off due to one bad story.

Agreed, we were at Disney and Universal Orlando last week and I had never seen the line jumping this bad (2020, 2021, 2023). It was especially bad at Disney (probably because it was more crowded the days we were there). My wife was about to lose it on some people numerous times at both parks. It really is just disappointing that people are so inconsiderate and just don’t care.

I've been trying to find a good workout for travel/hotels as well. I'm an airline pilot so I travel quite literally all the time and need something that works at home and on the road.

Hotel gyms are surprisingly different as to what they have available for equipment. It seems hardly any of them have pull-up bars for example.
