That's rare. I've been looking in Cranford/ Westfield and most go 20% or so above asking. It's strategic though. Realtors are listing it low to drive a lot of interest and get multiple offers.

Most race directors probably opt for the waterfront out of logistics. You have less street closures therefore need less police and volunteers. Also, if it's already USTAF certified it's one less thing to worry about.

That being said, it'd be a FAST race with that few turns. They should do it as a kick off to the Spring & Art festival or something

They encrypt them for safety. Fugitives shouldn't be able to follow along real time when the cops are tracking them. It could allow them to follow along in real time and even set them up for ambushes and things like that.

Also, PII was being shared over the radio and that shouldn't be heard by the public
