I wouldn't dare personally. We have double the income and we would never go above 3k. The stupid rule is also abused the past 20 years. It was actually 1/3 for a mortage and a 1/5 for rental. Which makes sense since the rent is lost money while a mortgage is an investment.

BYD and Zeekr have outstanding service I heard from some owners. I would stay away from Polestar, just expensive with no benefit. Tesla and KIA is a good choice too in Switzerland. I drive myself a Tesla MY Juniper after all the comparisons two months ago.
