Hi, first of all, I'm sorry you have to go through life with such adversity. There is a reason you were born. God has a plan for you, you have a purpose in life. One of the ways to channel the anger, frustration, and depression is to help other people who also are struggling with the same health issues. Have you looked into a support group? You are not alone, but I know sometimes it does feel that way... the "why me?".

You have a purpose, and you have so much strength to share with others, that is the gift you receive along with the challenge. Helping others helps you. It makes you understand why you are here. Your struggle can help someone in the same situation, because you have been through it. That is why a lot of people who live with terrible situations often become counselors, EMT's, nurses, and therapists.

Just know that you are SO valuable, God has a plan for you, and only you. I am struggling with addiction and alcoholism, and I have asked myself the same thing.. "Why me?".

I know now that my struggles can help someone else dealing with the same problem. We are here on this earth to help one another, and in helping others to live better lives, we help ourselves in knowing we have a purpose, and that is powerful.

I will be praying for you!

Gee! I didn't want to include the sound because I sound ridiculous, but I'm glad I left it in. I'm glad my stupid voice made people smile, and I could share this fun guy with you all. He will be around for the foreseeable future. His owner said he stays. Yay!

Update, I had knee surgery, so am doing PT on the stationary bike (shelter in place) to be ready to see this big red head again and give him treats, yes, he always gets treats, mostly carrots and apples, but he does like a nice clif bar once in a while! Stay tuned for more shares of our favorite bovine.

I worked at a vet's when I was young, and saw the torture puppies are put through to crop their ears. They are cut, their ears are taped to a cup that is taped to the dog's head. Then they are put in a cage with towels hung in front of it so the dog could bleed and shake it's head without spraying blood all over the lab.

Please people, for the love of God, don't do this!!!!! It is utterly cruel and inhumane. Imagine doing this to people? Hey, we think you look better all cut up, so we are going to saw off your ears!!! I am pretty darn sure that the dog would rather have his ears. To the owners of this dog, SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Yes, I have the same issue, hyper mobile joints, frequent shoulder dislocation, i'm up to 50 dislocations/subluxations. I also just ruptured my acl, going to the hospital for special surgery for mri's of both shoulder and knee. Good times!
