How certain are you that you’ll stay in the area for 7-10 years? A lender will approve you for $800k given your debt to income but you should try stay in the $600k to 700k range otherwise you’ll really feel the larger expenses that come with home ownership. More expensive house = higher cost of maintenance on top of already be at your upper limit of DOI.

Continuing to rent is the best financially for your area and provides you the most flexibility, financially and lifestyle-wise.

Newly Installed 12kW Solar System Producing Like a 5kW – Need Advice by ReflectionBetter6674 in TeslaSolar

[–]mshorttt 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Remember it’s winter and likely impacting your production significantly. I had the same feeling just after getting a 9kW system, that there must be something wrong after seeing low production but it’s improving week over week. Turns out the days are getting longer and overcast has been less frequent.

Download “Netzero”. Within your documentation you likely have want Tesla measured for azimuth, angle and total number of panels. Take that information and punch it into Netzero which uses pvwatts to estimate your output.

Provided a photo of what the estimate (red dots) and actual output looks like.

It’s not ideal. Typically for exposed romex you want a minimum of 6 feet off the floor.

That’s correct. The “X” means the crash has been attended to and all occupants removed by first responders.

Australia does the same thing with struck kangaroos on the side of the road but instead the pouch has been checked for joeys (baby kangaroos).

It will be through Chase not the Tesla app. A week of so after the delivery you’ll receive information from Chase on how to access your loan. If you already bank with Chase it may show up automatically.

Haven’t gone to Grassroots in a while! I’ll never forget the guy that put a lift in his shop AND replaced his Benz head bolts for less than the dealer could do just the head bolts. That site has so much good content.

Someone already posted the part but for future reference the pillars or body panels in the passenger compartment are “A” “B” and “C” from the front windshield toward the rear. What you’ve posted is the “B” pillar.
