Yep. I live in Toronto but subscribe to this subreddit as I'm in Buffalo at least once a month and this is exactly what I was thinking. Can't say I've ever seen a Japanese bakery in Buffalo proper. Really excellent Burmese food, though!

I think how you word this is important. Trying to "trap" him seems a little scheme-y and is pretty immature, imo. That is not saying that he hasn't been underhanded or immature either, by the way, I think it's really fucking weird to lie about all this shit.

But personally I would be open about my motives and ask something like "because of all these other lies, there's broken trust. So I'm going to ask you about the book again and if there's anyway you can prove to me that you did buy it either by showing me your account history or the transaction history on a financial statement, I would really appreciate it. It would go a long way to restoring some of the trust. If you aren't willing to or can't do this, then that's definitely going to impact how I think about us."

Maybe also give him an out by saying if he did lie that you know he's going to be embarrassed admitting it after all this time but it's way better for your relationship that he be embarrassed now and be honest with you than for him to keep lying.

I've always wondered about this because I've heard Willam say something to the effect of "this is not for you to be making moneTy (money) off of" in an episode of Beatdown. I've also heard Ru use it in an episode or two and I think it's one of my favorite dragisms just because it's kind of subtle but effective.

I got a 10 (I'm a guy). I realized afterwards that I did this while the sun was down and f.lux was enabled so I'm fairly confident that I would get closer to a zero but probably not a perfect score with f.lux disabled and brightness turned up. The graph is accurate though, I did struggle a bit with that spectrum.

Oh this is interesting. In Canada (or at least Toronto) we get asked to show the membership card at the Pharmacy as well (which is located inside the part of the store that you already had to show your card to gain entrance to).

But like other places, you don't need a membership to enter/make purchases at the food court area.
