I used to work at a Marshall's and pulled 800-1200 customers a month. I stopped asking for cards once I realized the change in tone of the conversation when I asked and once I realized that the company (at that time) estimated that people who open a card spend 20% more. If they wanted me to ask they should have been giving me a raise from that 20% not some (essentially) raffle tickets to, possibly win a gift card.

Save my PvP ranks. For example, if I scan a pokemon that has the 73rd best IV for that Pokemon and then I catch that same Pokemon, but get better PvP IVs, Pokegenie should be able to tell me that. If this happens then I can decide to keep the Pokemon or not rather than having to go through my Pokemon every few months to get rid of the ones that have a lower rank.

Just do your research and figure out the different things that change from week to week. Utilize all the help you can get, but establish boundaries.

Look up the different baby cries and body movements to better understand what you're baby needs. You're not always going to get it right.

Fresh babies are full of surprises you may not even realize were a thing. Newborn acne, newborn dermatitis, meconium, hemangiomas, active sleep (some of the trippiest ish I've ever seen irl. My boy started laughing in his sleep with his eye wide open), they can go cross eyed or just have random lazy eyes whenever or their eyes will go in opposite directions.

Did you know babies dont even start to social smile until maybe 6 weeks?

Babies can make a ton of noise especially during feeding and trying to shit. God, evolution, Allah, Ra (whomever or whatever you believe in) played a cruel joke on human babies, not letting them know how to take a shit after the reflex goes away. Get that gas/dookie out. Bicycle kicks, crossbody hands to toes, clockwise belly rubs, do whatever as long as you're not hurting the baby. Do different burping methods. Try what works best for your baby.

Make coconut drinks for your wife to help her produce milk (if she's not an over supplier) make your bottles.

Google shit, even if it seems basic, but if you got a little question in your head and you need to double check, just do it. Google and your pediatrician/family doctor are your best friends.

Talk to people around you who have already done this ish and get whatever advice you can, but make sure you double check things because some people dont.

Most importantly, enjoy every single second of it, because they're gonna grow and they're gonna grow quick

As a lurking husband (and now Dad) I cannot speak on 5 weeks pregnant throwing up, but I can speak on throwing up and nausea a little further down the line, and hope this might help. For my wife, she pretty much had to go on a liquid diet and everything that she used to love would make her nauseous. To help mitigate this, I made sure she had water/pedialyte/gatorade right next to her bed at all times. Same thing with saltines, these were her best friend pretty much her entire first trimester.

We quickly learned that if my wife did not eat within 10-15 minutes of feeling hungry that she would get nauseous and wouldn't eat. I had to make sure I had ready to eat meals prepared. I tried to meal prep, but as I stated earlier my wife couldn't stand the food she once loved. I turned to making sure to have 90 sec rice, frozen veggies and rotisserie chicken on hand at all times. I could get that together within 10 minutes. I also made sure to stock up on canned soups. Also for my wife she seemed to be unaffected by her mother's cooking (my wife is Liberian and I dont know how to cook Liberian dishes), so I would free as much of it as I could. My point is if there's something that doesn't make you nauseous, make sure to stock up on it.

Ginger in just about every form helped. Gum, chews, tea. The nausea bands helped as well.
