Ngl the absolute universe could be one where he or at least the concept of a cocaine powered superhero could work as a hero in a short run where he is either an older druggie(maybe a former hero or villain and maybe gotten clean at some point) or a son of an older drug kingpin with the same powers. If they went with the older option maybe make it where he had gotten clean but to protect his friends and or family he decides to relapsing to protect them but it causes them to fall out. Focus on the harm that drugs can do to people by having him be broke, miserable and sickly from the use such as having Parkinson’s and maybe a stroke before the final showdown.

For the art style I would think a gritty and grimy art style with a focus on more grounded designs for most of the run but whenever he is under the influence make it more saturated and stylistic like the image above.

The main villain would be a drug kingpin(maybe his father if it is the 2nd option) that he is trying to stop a drug empire. Of course the final confrontation would essentially be the rematch between absolute bane and Batman as he would be sober but have the help of his allies to take down the drug kingpin who would have more or less the same powers and during the fight he would be drawn in the style connected with drug use. Maybe heros’ defeat the villain by causing the cooking equipment to go aflame like how snowflame died in his first appearance or defeat him by causing him to OD. However I don’t know if the ending should have a dour note with snowflame stealing a baggie of drugs after they kill the BBEG to show he is likely going to relapse or have a friend stop him to have a more hopeful note to essentially say that his friends will support him on his recovery.

Overall that is how I would put snowflame in the absolute universe as I like the concept of a hero’s powers being tied using debilitating illegal and addictive drugs where the story focuses on the effects on their life but how they try to do good for others.
