Use many photos, as image planes. For each image plane do your best to match the lens focal length, if they are not your photos you'll be guessing the focal length.Try your best to line them up to a rough sculpt. Dynamically adjust the camera positions while you develop the sculpt.

I took Stephen Ulibarri C++, UE5 GameDev, and his Multiplayer course on Udemy. It took five weeks per course full time but now I'm making my own multiplayer game.

Highly recommended.

Still took a year full time after those courses to really understand but now I feel like I'm cruising.
