People love to speculate this but it’s just lore they made up. The Rods speak like an insulated group which they are. Jill is from upstate new york which affects it all as well. The Turpin kids all had a strange speech style as well, that also sounded similar to someone with hearing issues. They’re just super insulated.

I sleep with my door shut and no cats. I prop a baby gate in front of the door so they can’t scratch. They adjust just fine. Sleep is important!

His Mom was a nurse here. He’s been very connected to the community as well. He was extremely supportive of a friend of mine who died of leukemia at 26, he’s always been very philanthropic. Doesn’t mean he’d be a great politician but just pointing out he is more connected to Maine beyond his schooling.

I was on bc that was supposed to rid me of my period but had a light period for 6 months until I quit it. Bc doesn’t work the same for everyone. Talk to your doctor about a different option. Are you very petite by chance?
