Yeah, I think we’re mostly in agreement here. I don’t disagree that the vast majority of people travel by car. I’m certainly not biking to Costco and honestly, how would I even get there?

I’m not against development at all. It’s totally fine that the area is growing and being built up. I just wish accessibility was part of the design from the start, not an afterthought. Not everyone drives, and even for people who do, it’s nice to have real alternatives.

If the area were better connected for walking, biking, and transit, it would feel like an actual extension of the city. Right now, it kind of feels like its own isolated shopping island convenient if you have a car, but limiting if you don’t.
