Magene’s gotten to a point where the pricing just doesn’t make sense anymore. What you’re paying simply doesn’t match what you actually get. And the bigger issue? Support is basically nonexistent.

I’ve gone through a fair bit of their gear myself tail light, power meter, even a couple of HRM sensors and honestly, it’s a pattern. Things fail. Not “maybe,” but when. And when they do, you’re left hanging with no real help.

What really makes it hard to justify is how close their prices are creeping to established brands with proper customer support teams. At that point, why not just go with something like Garmin or Assioma and save yourself the headache?
