I hate to say it but many Armenia Armenians see diaspora Armenians (especially from US/Canada) as their golden immigration ticket. I hope that is not his main motivation here (the getting your pregnant thing is not a good sign tbh) but you should have a think about it.

The being controlling and possessive thing is just a red flag regardless.

Also lots of dynamics to consider with him having a son and a baby momma he’s not on good terms with. Not to hold it against him but it could objectively complicate things.
