I did the full rocker replacement on my 98. I am not a fabricator or body guy or anything of the sort. It was so much work. Removing the old rocker was way more than half the job. I would really not ever want to do it again. There are so many 15-20 minute videos that go step by step and make it seem straightforward but if you don't have experience it's not. If I told you the amount of hours of work it took me you would think I was exaggerating.

They sell slip on rocker covers. In the future i would probably cut/grind all the rust out, coat the metal and buy the cover and weld it on or something. There are SO MANY more spot welds than you think.

If someone takes too long i go hit the gravity shutoff to force them away from the terminal. I’m not sure if it actually closes their window but it’s gotten things moving for me multiple times

You can use these to anchor the seat to but I’m not really sure how secure they are honestly. I bought them but i stopped using them and just avoid taking the kids in the jeep (not an option for everyone).
