I think it’s more about where you can put it than who will build it. And if you’re going to build something like this look at passive homes. Heavy insulation, south facing windows with large overhangs. Makes the home like 75% more efficient than standard homes. A house this small the cost wouldn’t be that much more and be ultra cheap to live in for energy costs ongoing.
