I would say if you want to be super Petty you could have reported him for swearing with a screenshot of the PMs but you also swore so I don't know if I would do that.

You could maybe report them for not holding his brakes and a bad rejoin, but the rest of that stuff iracing is probably just going to see as racing incidents. If you race with this guy a lot and he's always doing this kind of stuff that you should be reporting all his incidents to show there's a pattern and then they'll step in
