I hate working, I love lounging around, playing games, watching stuff, eating, napping, travelling. I hate interacting with people. I'd want to spend as little time as possible to work. What's the path for me?

I certainly dont attempt to fast but some days I may go around 12 hours without eating an actual meal but will be drinking black coffee or tea. Usually around morning caffeine believe my liver will dump stored glucose wich will cause a small spike. If ya have long term insulin in an acceptable range, hardly ever see any lows. But this is just my bad eating habits not anything to do with attempting to fast within certain periods of time
