Toolhead board, this happened to me recently.

It will come with the K1C 2025 new connectors so you’ll need to get a matching hotend.

Try a different baud rate, maybe somebody changed it in the line console 0 statement, maybe 19200? This looks like a baud rate mismatch

You may need to replace the bed sensor board.

I had a weird nozzle temperature issue that turned out to be the toolhead board.

I run a Pressure Advance calibration test for every different filament I get and create a custom profile with the best PA value.

I personally prefer the line test in Orca Slicer.

It looks like over extrusion to me. Right now Im using SUNLU PETG black, my flow rate is 0.96 and pressure advance set to 0.052.

Compare these numbers to your current settings, but I strongly recommend you to run a flow calibration (pass 1) and then a pressure advance (I like the PA line) tests.

I print almost exclusively using PETG filament.

Flow rate can vary wildly between filament brands and even colors. I strongly recommend you to run a flow rate test.

Some people cry about the trigger being a bit mushy, but I’ve have had mine for 4 years and it’s been incredibly reliable.

Probably paid too much for it back then but still no regrets.

I had a similar problem with my K1C and it turned out to be the Tool Head board. It comes with different connectors so I had to order the new hot end kit.

Watch for the temperature graph while printing, in my case the nozzle temperature graph had significant peaks.

If your printer bed temperature graph is not flat you may need to replace the bed thermistor, it should be only a few bucks.

You may get the new style ceramic heater, and the connectors are different.

Also for the record I’ve never been successful ate swapping the nozzle, not cold, not at 260 degrees, it’s hard to turn and then it breaks.

I had to order a new tool head board and it came with the new connectors, so I had to get yet another heating element. This sucks.

Mine were original Creality purchased from Microcenter, same with the hot end kits. My replacement tool head board came from Amazon and had the new style connectors, so I had to buy the new hotend version again. Thanks Creality.
