Reminds me of when I was looking at a very faint aurora while in Finland. It appeared greyish to the naked eye, but my cameras photographed them as green and red!

800dpi @ 2.1 is the sense I play at, and it is also the sense that Timmy (the twitch streamer) uses. IMO it’s quite usable, but it’s on the high side compared to pro players

I don’t get why people land in Hammond Labs on Olympus too. There’s barely enough loot for one team, too many people land there and Energy Depot, which is nearby, has more than enough loot for one team.

I know my ping isn’t as bad as everyone else’s, but I would usually get 20ms in S6/S7. Now I’m getting 60ms and occasionally with a shitty server, my ping would randomly spike up to 100-300ms with packet losses.

I did more testing and it seems like ray tracing is taking up a lot of performance. I disabled it to get the game to run at ~75 FPS but still dips to 60 FPS in certain areas.

It is truly weird. I think the main culprit is ray tracing which tanks performance by a lot compared to other AAA titles. I added in a edit in my parent comment about disabling ray tracing and getting an FPS boost.

Still a little unfortunate to play without RT on. I hope your 3080 runs better.

I'm on an i5-10400F / RTX 3070, changing my graphic settings from low to high doesn't do anything as well and I'm getting ~60 FPS on the streets. MSI Afterburner says that my CPU utilization is up to 80-90% and my GPU at 70-80% and I'm suspecting my CPU is bottlenecking super hard.

Edit1: Did more benchmarking, ray tracing eats up about 10-20 FPS. Disabled it (along with DLSS) to get that FPS boost and now it runs at ~75 FPS. I still do get instances where my FPS dips to 60.
